Background: A client from Nigeria wanted to purchase an outdoor LED advertising screen.

Uniqueness: The client preferred a solution with die-cast aluminum cabinets.

Result: We recommended the P5 model according to the client’s request. It is based on 960x960mm die-cast aluminum cabinets. After receiving the LED screen, the client encountered some problems during installation. And we provided him remote control to solve them soon.

Ongoing Use: In the following months, there were some problems of the LED screen during operation. After inspection, the client found that it was the problem of power supplies. However, due to high failure rate, we suspected it was caused by the local unstable voltage. We recommended the client to add a voltage regulator. After adding it, the LED screen has been operating stably.
