Dreamway is dedicated to providing top-of-the-line LED displays to distributors, importers, and wholesalers by offering turnkey services to bring your display ideas to life. Dreamway owns an internal LED display factory in Shenzhen, China, equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment, up-to-date technologies, and leading LED display R&D abilities. Dreamway has been in the LED display field for more than 13 years and has helped customers in more than 50 countries.

2. Website Usage

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access to it, or copy, reproduce, or republish website content without permission.

As a specialized LED display manufacturer, Dreamway leverages its in-depth product knowhow and advanced techniques to actualize any custom LED displays feasibly and affordably. Our services include:

LED Display Customization – realizing creative designs into finished products
LED Display Configuration – technical support from web-based training to assisting with configuration
LED Display Installation – practicability evaluation, LED layout solutions, online or onsite installation, technical guidance and training, and value-added support

Dreamway makes reasonable efforts to ensure product information on this website is accurate; however, specifications may be updated as part of ongoing product development.

4. Quotations and Orders

You may request a quote by submitting the “Get A Quick Quote” form with your name, email, Phone/Whatsapp, and Message, or by writing directly to jean@dreamwaytech.com. Dreamway will contact you within 12 hours of your inquiry.

Dreamway offers a low minimum order quantity (MOQ) to make the ordering process more flexible for distributors, importers, and wholesalers.

5. Quality Control

Dreamway LED displays undergo quality testing for every procedure, including

Incoming Materials Inspection
LED display module aging testing with 24+ hours
LED Displays Aging Testing with 72+ hours

Dreamway products are certified to CE, RoHS, REACH, FCC, ISO, IEC, and CB standards, and power supplies are CE, RoHS, REACH, FCC, and ETL-certified.

6. Installation

Where installation is part of an order, Dreamway provides practicability evaluation, LED layout solutions, online or onsite installation, and technical guidance and training as part of its installation services.

7. Warranties, Guarantee, and Support

Dreamway provides a 100% guarantee, both during sales and after-sales. Dreamway also provides more than 3% spare parts for FREE, along with lifetime technical support for all customers.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including product descriptions, images, and branding materials, is the property of Dreamway unless otherwise stated and may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without prior written permission from Dreamway.

9. Limitation of Liability

Dreamway makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website. Dreamway shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, beyond what is expressly agreed in Dreamway’s guarantee and after-sales support commitments described in Section 7.

10. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations and returns are handled directly with the Dreamway team via the contact details in Section 12, in keeping with Dreamway’s 100% sales and after-sales guarantee.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Shenzhen Dreamway Technology Co., Limited, located at Weicheng Industrial Park, Zekeng ST, Guangming, Shenzhen, China.
