Background: A client from Nigeria wanted to purchase an outdoor LED advertising screen.

Uniqueness: The client preferred a solution with die-cast aluminum cabinets.

Result: Based on the client’s request, we recommended the P5 model, using 960x960mm die-cast aluminum cabinets. After receiving the LED screen, the client encountered some software issues during installation, which we resolved through remote support.

Ongoing Use: In the following months, the client noticed that certain areas of the screen occasionally stopped lighting up. After inspecting the screen, it was found that the issue was with the power supplies. The failure rate was high, and we suspected it was due to unstable local voltage. The client later purchased voltage regulators from us, which they connected to the LED screen, and the power supplies have worked reliably since then, with no further issues.
