Background: A regular customer from Slovenia inquired a project. It is a virtual production LED wall. And it will be used in film shooting. He required P1.953 type.

Challenge: The cabinet size is 500×500 mm. There are many different designs of this cabinet. And we chose a durable type for this project. However, during assembling, we realized the cabinet had limited space for wiring. It means it takes a little longer time to connect power and signal cables. Besides, it is very easy to damage the LED lamps on the edge for such fine pitch LED display types.

Result: The client received the virtual production LED wall and installed it in about three days. After the installation and power on, the screen performed excellently. Thanks to the client’s experience with installations, there were almost no damage issues during setup.

How We Ensured Success: During our setup in the factory, our experienced team handled very carefully. Therefore, there was little damage of the LED lamps. Besides, we paid much attention during the disassembly and package. Regarding the connection, we sent power and signal cable connection diagrams to the client. And the client can configure the screen easily.
