LED encapsulation method:

SMD LED module:

It refers to a display module that uses surface mount technology. Using this technology, we mount the diodes on the printed circuit board. Thus, it is a surface-mount device module. We can plug it into a compatible unit or function independently. It is the primary type of display module used in the market.

DIP LED module:

It is a Dual In-Line Package. It is a type of display packing technology. There are connecting pins arranged in two parallel rows. These pins insert in a socket or through-hole mounted to the PCB. This packaging technology was standard in the display market before 2015.

In the DIP module, many DIP diodes merge on the module surface. As a result, these modules offer high protection ability and high brightness.

Every LED display needs maintenance now and then. Therefore, we must check and maintain the display screens at regular intervals. Currently, there are two service methods for LED displays. First, we can check and repair it from the front and back sides. On this maintenance basis, we have two types:

Front and back maintenance:

Such display screens have both types of maintenance. We can do the service from both the front and back sides. It includes the following types:

320×160 mm and 320×320 mm are the most widely used for fixed installation projects. For rental projects, we have 250×250 mm.

Other sizes:

Apart from these standard sizes, we have other sizes available also. These are 256×128 mm, 192×192 mm, etc.

Flexible module:
